NASSAR KHALIL – Chief Executive Officer

A graduate of Imperial College in Business Studies, with an MBA in Hospitality and Tourism Management from The London School of Business and Finance, Nassar’s 25 year career in the hospitality spans developing, launching and operating new concept brands successfully and profitably. Nassar’ s operational management expertise is both profound and widespread and encompasses an impressive and outstanding track record in the development of award winning hotel boutique brands. He has been recognised by the industry through the attainment of numerous industry awards.


Currently co-founder and Chief Executive of Henley Homes PLC were he has held executive positions since 1999. Tariq is responsible for formulating strategy for the business and ensuring its effective implementation. He manages direct reports from the main areas of the business and leads on banking relationships. Tariq is expert in mitigating risk in large projects.

ASLAM LALA – Finance

Aslam worked for over 25 years helping to set up and oversee various entities within British Telecom at Financial Director level, both in the UK and overseas. He brings with him the skills of detailed analysis and clear financial guidance, alongside a depth of experience in strategic planning, investor and take-holder relations and growth/change management. Since January 2013 Aslam has been CFO of Henley Homes.

JAMES HALLWORTH – Sales and Marketing

Following various hospitality roles, James worked with renown hotel Sales and PR agency Mason Rose, representing multiple ultra high end international luxury hotels to the UK market. Following this, James moved to Corporate Sales Management roles within Millennium Hotels & Resorts and The Doyle Collection, both based in their flagship properties in London, before heading up the sales at the Scottish Highlands only all-suite luxury hotel Dunalastair Hotel Suites. James was instrumental in the formation of Rogue City Hotels, leading the pre-opening Sales teams at luxury boutique all-suite hotels The Hobson, Cambridge and The Wellington, Glasgow. Since 2018, James has overall responsibility for Sales, Marketing and Revenue.

MONSUR MIAH – Graphic Design

Bringing a wealth of design-led knowledge and experience, Monsur offers a full 360 degree approach to any multimedia project. From full collateral design, concept creation and polish of multiple media channels, Monsur’s expertise has been in high demand. A graduate of the University of Westminster, roles within multiple sectors and agencies beckoned, both in the private sector and non-profit organisations. Currently Head of Graphics at a FTSE listed blue chip company, Monsur compliments our senior team with effective graphic design and strategic communication options and direction.

TIM BYSTEDT – Architecture & Property Design

Tim is our lead consultant managing the architectural design team, responsible for coordinating design development both internally and with external consultants. Joining us from Haverstock, where he was an Associate Partner delivering a wide array of public buildings, and prior to that was an associate at FLAQC, which is now part of Arup Associates. Tim has strong communication and leadership skills and an aptitude for ensuring the commercial viability and timelines of his team’s designs.
